Aluminum Baguette Pans

Aluminum Pan Selection

Aluminum baguette pans are for commercial bakery projects where substrate weight, thermal response and handling are part of the specification. The aluminum grade and gauge are not assumed: buyers should identify the existing pan, oven process and handling method so the material can be reviewed with the channel geometry.

Gauge, Weight and Thermal Response

Gauge affects pan weight, rigidity and heat response, so it should be reviewed with tray footprint, channel depth, support structure and loading method. A lighter pan may be easier to handle, while a larger unsupported tray may require a different construction. No universal gauge is stated without project inputs.

Perforation and Coating Compatibility

Perforation pattern, open area and channel geometry should be specified together because they affect airflow around the dough and the available aluminum surface. Natural or coated finishes can be reviewed against release expectations, cleaning procedure and the buyer's existing process; coating compatibility must be confirmed for the selected substrate and perforation.

Commercial Bakery Use

These pans may be reviewed for rack ovens, tunnel-oven lines or manual bakery loading. Tray envelope, rack support, loading direction and handling frequency should be supplied so an aluminum construction is not selected independently of the equipment.

Production and Quality Control

Production follows approved drawings or samples. Dimensional checks, surface review, coating review, packing inspection and change confirmation can be included in the order control plan.

RFQ Material Requirements

Send the preferred aluminum grade if known, gauge or existing-pan thickness, tray and channel dimensions, perforation requirement, finish or coating, oven type, rack support, loading method, cleaning method, quantity and drawings or sample photos. Unknown items can be marked for engineering review rather than guessed.
