Custom Equipment Racks
New Equipment and Integration Projects
Custom equipment racks are made-to-drawing structures for new bakery equipment, production-line integration or another non-standard installation. This page is for projects where rack dimensions, support geometry and load requirements are defined around a new equipment envelope, not for copying a worn oven shelf as a replacement part.

Engineering Inputs
The controlled drawing should identify overall width, depth and height, mounting or support points, rail or grid layout, stops, clearances and the direction in which products or trays are loaded. Load requirement and operating environment must be provided for project review; no generic capacity is claimed.
Materials and Fabrication Boundaries
Material, wire or profile section, surface requirement and connection details should be specified from the equipment design. Carbon steel wire, stainless steel wire or an aluminum structure may be reviewed where supported by the project, but no grade, gauge or finish is selected automatically.
Production-Line Compatibility
Provide the surrounding machine envelope, transfer height, contact points, tray or product dimensions and any clearance that controls integration. Where the requirement is to restore an existing oven using measurements from the old component, use replacement oven racks.
Production and Quality Control
Production follows approved drawings or samples. Dimensional checks, surface review, coating review, packing inspection and change confirmation can be included in the order control plan.
RFQ for Custom Rack Engineering
Send the equipment drawing, rack envelope, support and attachment geometry, load requirement, operating environment, material preference, tray or product interface, quantity and the production-line details that control fit.
